Я был однажды просто в сервисном центре, когда ремонтировал свой телефон и видел сколько там на полках лежит телевизоров, которые приносят по причине ,что что-то не так, правда неизвестно было, что именно за модели телевизоров были.

Если бы не было гарантийного ремонта, то никто бы никуда телевизоры не сдавал, а сами бы ремонтировали или в лучшем случае в каких-то мастеров, которые работают без лицензии и считаются такими же мастерами, как и вы, поэтому может сложиться такое впечатление, если вы не видели до этого никогда такое большое скопление нерабочих телевизоров. Это не только от производителя зависит, но и от того, как этой техникой пользовались.

На многих источниках читал отзывы об этой модели телевизора от Сони и почти везде стоит наивысший балл. А так на твёрдую четверочку, потому что у Самсунга за такой же бюджет можно подобрать модель, где будет все лучше. В сони не понравился пульт, сильно скучный, не нравится меню.
