Проблемы с ресивером

У меня ресивер Onkyo TX828, купил вчера, целый день провозился и все бестолку. Видео не отображается вообще. Я сделал сброс и ничего. Пробовал разные hdmi и ничего. Пробовал компонентные кабели - ноль. В магазине проверяли, все работало, не пойму в чем проблема.
На форуме нашел такой ответ: "нажмите и удерживайте кнопку «DISPLAY» и, удерживая, нажмите кнопку «ON / STANDBY» (в этот момент будет отображаться прошивка основного процессора"
Дальше нажимал на кнопку Tone, пока не увидел версии прошивки видеопроцессора. И вот с этим номером нужно обратиться в службу поддержки.
Собственно нет времени на это, может на этом форуме кто-нибудь подскажет как по-быстрому можно отладить ресивер?
